Mandatory LHFAM Pre-Service training classes are offered several times per year. You will receive your schedule after your questionnaire is reviewed.

  • Trauma-Informed Care
  • Psychotropic Medications
  • Medical Consent
  • Expectations
  • Adoption Loss
  • Emergency Behavior Intervention

CPR/First Aid classes are not offered by LHFAM, but certification is required prior to licensing and must be administered by a live instructor. Certification must be maintained as long as your license is active.

Mandatory LHFAM In-Service training classes to maintain a foster license are scheduled in September of each year.
