Loving Houston Foster and Adoption Ministries is a non-profit, Christian adoption agency licensed by the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services. We are located in Houston, Texas, and provide both adoption and foster care services. Our goal is to license and equip Christian homes for the purpose of loving, nurturing, and caring for at-risk children in our city.

WHO WE SERVE
Approximately 60% of our children come from Family-Based Safety Services through CPS.
Approximately 40% come from other at-risk environments, mainly the streets.
Children from the streets.
Children from incarcerated parents.
Children from CPS, not in custody yet.
Children from other various at-risk environments.

Loving Houston Foster and Adoption Ministries aids in breaking the cycles of poverty, hopelessness, abuse, and neglect so that children may become productive citizens of society.
Foster care services:
Provide birth parents the opportunity to become stable while the children are cared for in licensed homes until they can return home safely.
Adoption services:
Provide long term care and a loving, forever family which is the best possible environment for children from trauma to heal.
